Our Shipping Policy

We offer shipping by UPS delivery to businesses, UPS Home Delivery for individuals, and the United States Postal Service for both domestic and international. You can chose your method at the time of check out. Please note the UPS Commercial delivery rate is only for verified business addresses.

For businesses we will be happy to ship collect on your account for UPS- EXCEPT TO CANADA

We ship to Canada primarily by the US Postal service.

The shipping charges shown on your web orders are the rates provided to us by the carriers.  We do not charge "handling" charges. 

Tracking information is provided to your email address by the carriers.

You card is not charged until your order ships. Backorders are not charged until they ship.

ORMD Restricted Items including Pec-12, Eclipse And Clear-Jet Coatings ground only-No Alaska, Hawaii or International.

The shopping cart program may allow you to select other shipping options, however, if your order includes an ORMD restricted item, the entire order will automatically be shipped by Ground and shipping billed at that actual rate.
